Default Winter Blues

I seem to be feeling a little blue with all the lousy weather we have been having. I figured I better keep to my usual B&W to portray my mood, although the clouds are lifting a bit as I told my wife about my new lens! Heck, I am throwing a colour shot in just to mix it up! Thanks for stopping in and checking these out!

Wonderful B&Ws Paul, as always (but come on, you love your B&Ws even when you're deliriously happy!!). LOVE the lighthouse too :-) Mr Seagull is a very important light keeper.

And should we be expecting shots of the Olympic torch reaching Vancouver? We saw it as it started out east, courtesy of Ian on this side, so I'm hoping you might get to see it out your way! Not that I'm becoming high-maintenance in my demands or anything.

Nice shots there. I don't know that I'd like to drive over that bridge though, it looks a bit, well, spindly. TFS

I always love color! The seagull on the top is a special bonus. And the bicycles are wonderful too -- what a great composition. Actually, I really like the whole set -- thanks for sharing it with us.

My that last one does brighten up a gray day! We're having some of those around here, too, and I'm looking forward to some warmer sunny days. Your image lifted my spirits! Thanks.
