Default The Falls

I'm sure you've seen this scene a 1000 times .. we were down at Niagara for our Xmas party, these are from our hotel balcony .. I'd share the shots of the festival of lights from last night, but who knew camera shake is accentuated when long shutter - handheld - high iso are in play, oh, and there may have been a few beers involved .. these are from the morning after (still with the shakes but of a diff kind LOL ...)

The American Falls were right off the deck

American Falls

The Horseshoe Falls (Canadian side) a kilometer distant

horseshoe falls

and both of our shared Falls together as appropriate

and both

These are great, Ian -- you've really captured their power and beauty. I can almost feel the wind and mist through my computer screen! Thanks for sharing them.

Ian, that looks soooo cold and so beautiful. I've never been to Niagara, thanks for showing both falls separate and then together.

These are great Ian, I like them, and the bonus ones from Rebel, I guess Niagra has been seen many times before and as a icon it will be seen many times again, it depends on whose eyes its seen through and how different they make it.

Well done my friend and look, theres Marilyn Monroe and Joseph Cotton
