Default My first post at DPS: My son

Quick snaps taken with a point and shoot Sony DSC-T70. I am an absolute beginner and have no idea about photography, which i hope to learn and explore in this wonderful forum.

I don't know whether this is the right place to ask for help, however if someone can kindly help edit these photos for the better, I would be grateful. Particularly the 3rd one.

Cheers!

Wonderful photos! Welcome to DPS -- it's such a great place to share photos and to learn from each other. You've captured such beautiful expressions here -- I just love the second one!

Welcome to DPS, Tahmid. Beautiful kids you have there! There are a lot of talented people here on DPS. You'll make a lot of friends. There's a special section for critique if you'd like some good feedback. Feel free to post what you like, and you'll get some good in depth feedback in those forums. In general, the SYS forum is so we can all share our shots together. There's so much to see and do here on DPS! Enjoy! ...and again, welcome to DPS!!

Hi Tahmid and welocome to DPS. You have joined a great group of friends here. Just stick with us. You have a fine young subject here to be proud of. As for the 3rd shot, the most important thing is your desire to experiment with different views, angles, perspective and composition, Keep on doing that and reveiwing just wht it took to create it. Keep clicking and posting. Meanwhile merry Christmas to you and your family. PAUL

Thank you....am looking forward to it, am excited actually, waiting for my camera to arrive on the 27th of December 2009. There is so much to learn, am a little shy of posting in the critique forum, mainly because of my inability of photography!

Paul, thank you. I love my son and love spending time with him, hence mostly his photos. I have started reading the beginners guide, and hopefully once i get my camera, i will be posting a lot.

Kindly forgive my English, it's not my mother tongue.

MERRY CHRISTMAS TO YOU ALL!! Have fun and take loads of photo.
