Default Been busy

but thought I'd drop in and share a quick few. December is always very busy for me between year-end and inventory at work and family things for the holidays. I did manage to get a few holiday shots though.

The puppy dreaming of stuffed toys and milk bones. I like how the lights from the tree by her head looks like sugar plum fairies dancing.

Lovely festive shots there. What is your 'puppy' snuggled up with? It looks like a salami dressed in a reindeer outfit. If that is the case, no wonder he is dreaming well. I love the unicorn, the tree and the pig ornament as well. TFS

That's her new Christmas toy and she takes it everywhere so the cat doesn't touch it.

Wonderful, wonderful Proud Mom. If this doesn't get everyone in the Christmas spirit they must be impregnable. Merry Christmas and God bless. PAUL

Yes, I use picnik. I tried gimp but found myself pretty much handicapped and haven't really taken the time to work with it. For now, I'm very happy with picnik.

Thanks, Bascott. It's the only thing I have found myself with enough time to shoot lately.

Thanks Shimuzuki. The yellow tint probably comes from the yellow blanket that is hanging on the patio door behind the Christmas tree to keep the cold out. When the sunlight hits it, the whole room has a yellow glow. I, in fact, like the feel of warmth it brings so decided to leave it in the shots.

Thanks Paul. Hope you enjoy a wonderful Christmas. I am just waiting for my sailor boy to come home on leave from the 29th to the 6th. Then the holidays will be complete.

I love these, Deb. Great shots to get me in the Christmas spirit. How about saving me a spot on the sofa next to the dog, I'd love to nap like that.
