Default My shot Pop!

Just wanted to share a photo I took and then edited for a Young People's Photography competition at a local art gallery - which won

I got the camera back from being fixed (A lens got stuck on it ) and me and my girlfriend went out to take some photos, once I got this mid-air shot of a flower which pops (No idea the actually name) I played about with the levels a bit to match the flower to the same colour as my girlfriends' nail varnish.

And about 2 months after entering into a small local competition it won, so I thought I'd share it on here, to just see what the wider audience think of it.

Hope you like it,
Tyler

No matter how old you are, that's a very cool and well-done photo. I'm guessing that our levels adjustments turned to background black, too?

It's a unique photo. Congrats!!

Welcome and congratulations on your win. It is a lovely shot and would look very nice printed and hung on your wall as a start to your photography trophy cabinet. Well done and thanks for coming here to share it with us.

And even better, we got to keep the framed printed photos. So I can hang it, I entered 2 photos, and get to keep both.
