The more I look at that 'Virgin Prosciutto', the more I can taste its firm, sweet saltiness in my mouth. That sounds wrong, but if you've ever been to a deli where they carve the Prosciutto as you ask for it, you will understand.

The other charcuterie images are also mouth-watering.

Hi Jim, the ham was locked in the carving station waiting on the butcher .. I didn't have time to catch the carving as I was shopping on my lunch ..
