Default Images of winter

A couple I took today - our first day of snow. The first taken from my office window and the second at 7.30am before the snow was spoilt.

Nice shots Andrew. I guess you got more than your fair share down there. Settled here too but nowhere near as much. PAUL

What a great set -- I love what the snow does to the roof and stairs, and the clouds in the first are just beautiful. Thanks for sharing them with us.

Lovely shots Andrew!! I love the winter and the snow, even though sometimes it gets too cold here to be outside sometimes for any length of time. The chimney shot is wonderful, love the sunrise. And the unspoilt stairway is fabulous!

brrr.... it looks cold... especially with the snow stuck to the sides of the railing and on the walls. was it windy? great captures, i really like the sky behind the chimneys in the first one. it adds a warmth that would otherwise be absent

When I saw those clouds against the chimneys I just had to take this shot.

Thank you, yes it was windy during the night when the snow fell, still as anything out there now though!
