Default Another lunchtime stroll

Quite a nice day here in the NW today, cold and reasonably clear. I went for a quick stroll at lunch and captured these images. The bark on the tree in the first caught my eye and the second is titled "The last leaves of Autumn" - enjoy

Tim, that is unusual bark on the tree. Nice DoF on these also!

You have a great eye for these gems Tim. I love your lunchtime strolls! The brak in the first reminds me of a snake's skin, very cool! Great lighting too, and lovely sky peeping through in the background. You again got your lighting and depth of field spot-on in the gorgeous leaf shot - lovely colours too.

So very nice, Tim. I love the texture of the bark in the first one -- I can almost feel it! and the colors and composition of the second are wonderful. Thanks for sharing them.
