...so my DPS friends, for those of you who asked for more of Bavaria, here are a few more.
This is the only decent one I got on top of Zugspitze, as the sun was going down. Couldn't stay too much longer, as we would have missed the ride down the mountain. ![]() Here's the b/w version of the pew shot that everyone really like from the first time around. ![]() I loved this bird shot, almost as much as the posing bird from an earlier post. Please check out the large to get the full effect! ![]() ...and finally, here's a shot of the Munich soccer stadium, Allianz Arena. The entire outside of the arena has lighted panels. The color depends on who is playing that evening. ![]() Thanks for looking everyone!!

Can't get too much of this Jim. These are absolutely spectacular. I am drinking it all in and learning so much and not just about photography. PAUL

these landscapes are amazing - as is your photography - as usual. I have never seen anything like this in real life.

Is that a condor????
Sorry, had to resize it since there are size limitations. Where you on a train that took you to the top. The scenery looks just breathtaking

Wow Jim, if my "only decent one" of each and every series of pics I take could be 1% as fabulous as your Zugspitze shot, I'd be amazingly happy. How beautiful, the colors are gorgeous and the scenery & how you have captured it is just spectacular. Your bird shot is amazing also. I'd never tire of scenery like that. The pew photo looks great with a splash of selective color too. Love the stadium photo, it's very simple but you've composed it so cleverly & the color is stunning.

Jim, that shot at the top of Zugspitze is totally cool, I like how the clouds are misting the mountains giving the shot a soft look. I do prefer the b/w treatment on the bench also. Your bird shot is exceptional, the clouds laying in between the mountain peaks gives some smoothness to contrast with the sharp jagged peaks. The stadium shot has good symetry and a great exposure. To conclude Jim, all great shots once again!
