I have been offline for a week or so, life has been a little mad, a little sad, and far too hectic. I think I am pining for somewhere away from the rush and madness, where I can just relax and listen to the bird song and the wind in the trees, the scent of the wildflowers, and to just sit and reflect on life. It is time to stop and think about what is important. So I thought I would share with you some of my favourite peaceful places - I hope you enjoy them.
A river somewhere - Lefroy Brook, Pemberton, Western Australia
A path to somewhere - Bibbulmun Track near Collie, Western Australia
And a camp by the river amongst the trees - Warren River, Pemberton
And a place to site quietly somewhere - Bibbulmun Track, Beedelup

Hi Jill
Good to see you again, where you been hiding. ![]() Great set I especially love the 2nd, the way the stepping logs on the floor lead the eye right into the scene. Beautiful work. Glyn

Nice captures Jill, really like the way you have captured the path leading into the bush in the second shot and that tranquil setting in the first, thanks for sharing, cheers Steve.

It is good to take time to reflect and get away from lifes hectic pace. Jill I could not think of any better places to do that than the four you captured in these photos. Very peaceful scenery! Take Care, Duane

Nice set of pictures. They look like very restful places! I really like the second one with the winding path, perfect composition.
