You used a very good camera for this shot, but I don't think it would take an awesome camera to capture the beauty of this gorgeous little girl. Her hair, her skin, her eyes, her smile, her teeth and her lips are awesome. Youth in full blush.
I think you posed her perfectly. Congratulations on a wonderful capture of a future raving beauty. I'd guess she's twelve or thirteen. How far off am I?

Nice, ha ha! I'm seeing flashes of this thread.

dtpkr, it is a great shot! Not just because of your camera but because you were the one using it. The composition is great and the lighting is beautiful. Your model is also adorable! Thanks for sharing.

Grandpa...your right there, she is eleven (soon to be twelve). Thank you everyone for posting such words. It really means alot. Photography is new to me, but my two girls love to model for me as practice.
