Default Monterey beaches for Beachcomber

I'm beginning the sorting phase from my Monterey trip last week, although I don't have 4000 like Jim has from Germany! But no doubt I have less keepers than him.....

Thought I'd start with a few beach shots for Steve anyway!

Gorgeous! The colors and the sky of the 2nd one are amazing, and there's just something about the last one of the divers that draws me in.

Gorgeous shots, Nicky. I like them all, but, I too, like the divers the best.

Beautiful set of pictures Nicky. I think the 2nd and 3rd are my favorites, but the harbor seals are pretty cute!!

that second shot is great, I would have liked to see less glare off of the water on the left side but really its a really pleasing shot to look at

Ah...just the word Monterey conjures lovely memories of a summer in the 70's. I loved the quality of light, perhaps it was dappled light through the cypress trees and your photos bring that feeling back. Your blues are so blue, the rocks have that wonderful golden cast to them and you can feel the force of the waves. Terrific set!

You have captured some beautiful images here mate, especially love the first and third images a lot. You have a natural talent for composing your images well and I love the detail and color in them a lot. Nice job and thank you for sharing them with us. I can't wait to see more soon
David.
