Hey Just Jim:
For generations of Pensacolians, the train trestle that passes over 17th Avenue has been a canvas of expression for those who dare disobey the law. Many conservatives in Pensacola have complained about the graffiti, but many see it as a something that gives our town character. The trestle is owned by the CSX Railroad company which is under federal jurisdiction (which is why the City of Pensacola can not touch the graffiti). And, as you can see by another photographers photo- the graffitti changes constantly...making it a living piece of art!
