Default Lighting up the Bay

Went to Crown Memorial State Beach in Alameda today. One of my favorites:

Rays of Light

Unfortunately, I didn't realize until I was packing up to head home that the ISO was set at 400, which wasn't necessary for the day's shots. I usually check this before I start, but let myself get in a rush because I was in too much of a hurry to get these shots before the sun got too low in the sky.

Wrong ISO or not I like this shot very much. I like the way you have framed the sunrays with the grass on either side.

Beautifully captured Kurt, I particularly like the clouds, they have great colour and substance yet allow the sunlight to stream through onto the waves and the beach, nicely done

I agree with everyone else about the framing. Well done.
