Fun photo with great colors! I love seeing the detail of the glacier, and the grass right next to it.

Fabulous composition! Love the colors in this. It's quite surreal to see the glacier with something so real as a person in the foreground.

Default Merry Christmas DPS

Christmas lights, Montlake Blvd. Seattle

I would like to take this moment to thank you for all the comments on my photos. Im really happy to be a member of this great community. I surely learned a lot from this site. I know I still have a lot to learn, and I know I need patience.
To celebrate the season of Christmas i have this photo of Christmas lights just up the road where I live. It took me 30 shots to until this. The rest where overexposed, some had glare, others underexposed. I played around with my mode, from A,S and M. Also Adjusted ISO and AE. Im satisfied with this shot.
Merry Christmas to all the senior members to my fellow newbies.

+1 on all the above comments, but kudos to you to have a companion with all that bright red, to complement the blue in the ice!
