Default Who Say's I Can't?

Hello my DPS Friends and Family! I went to the wetlands today to try out the Canon 200mm f/2.8 with the extenders, the jury's still out, but I did get a kind of fun set just using the lens without the extenders.
This fellow had a fish so big, he never did get it down while I was watching. I watched for quite a while and I gave up before he did. l.o.l

I can do this:

Just a Short Rest

Maybe if I get it wet?

Well I have a few more to process, I'm not happy with the ones with the 2.0 extender, but I wasn't expecting too much anyway.
Thanks for looking and have a Blessed Day!
Michael.

Seems like the water is blown out or maybe just in my monitor. But you've captured a great scene. Can't wait to see more!

How did it end?

Nice series Michael, talk about biting off more than you can chew. What was the problem with the extenders? Was it the auto focus?

Michael

Hi Michael. Well I tried it mostly with the 2.0 extender and while it did auto focus quickly, it seems like everything turned out really dark even though the camera said it was properly exposed. I just need to work with it and perhaps bump the exposure a notch or two. I'll play with it while I'm in Thailand. It worked fine with the 1.4 extender though.

Hi Michael
These are very good captures, my friend. You have the bird exposed perfectly and nice and sharp. Probably the light did not help the water but no matter still great photographs.
