Default CUTIE ALERT...Don't say I didn't warn you!!!

Sierra is going on 4 months old now, you may remember her from one of my previous shares. She is my high school best friends adorable baby girl. I am pretty proud of these, I shot them entirely in manual mode. I set my exposure and everything myself. I usually shoot in AV mode and was feeling quite safe there. I am so very proud of myself for taking the leap. Feel free to let me know what you think! Have a great weekend!

Told you she was cute...

She is beautiful Michelle and you have done a marvelous job with the photos. My favorite is the third one, I just like the pose on that one. I bet her Mum is happy with the photos.

Michelle, these are absolutely wonderful. You're right, I'm smiling -- not just because of the beautiful baby and beautiful photos, but because your leap to manual was so wonderfully successful! Congratulations -- you're a jump ahead of me, and you've inspired me to keep working at it -- thanks!

Wonderful subject, and great photos. No wonder I spend so much time on this site. Congrats on the leap to manual.

I was warned, but didn't heed it, she's a real cutie with the most kissable cheeks. The manual mode worked well for you. TFS

Good set, Sierra is adorable and the pictures did make me smile.
What made me smile more was your comments, well done Michelle. Like a good teacher, you have no idea how many people will be inspired by them, and good teachers affect eternity, they can never tell where their influence stops

Oh Steve, you really know how to flatter a girl! Man, your words brought tears to my eyes. So sweet. I strive to try and be a good teacher everyday with my two girls so these words mean even more to me then you know. So if I can inspire others to push themselves to learn then that is beyond fantastic!

Thank you all for stopping by and I am glad you are all smiling now ! Continue to push on and learn here on DPS! There is nothing like that "Ah Ha!" moment know matter how old you are!
