4 Great shots Dave, you must be very patient to get these, the comp in the 2nd is bang on the button, I the blackbird in the 1st looks full of character, even cheeky perhaps.
Great stuff from you as always mate.
hope your recovering well buddy!

Hiyas Dave , puts a big smile on my face to just see you getting outside and enjoying what you love

They are great , not so easy to shoot twitchy little birds is it ? heh... but I think it's perfect for you , it takes time to get them clear and looking the right way... so there's no choice but to just sit still and wait.

Interesting to me that they have the Jakester look to them, that deep contrast and sharp edges I've admired since I first came to DPS and we became friends... it's good to know you lost nothing of your talent !

Keep it slow and easy Buddy, but keep it going,

Vin

great set Dave .. all so nice but that 2nd is my fav .. I love how you've composed the shot, and how the birds head mimics the curve of the garden gate .. they'll be fat and happy with your taking care of them bud ..

I am so happy to see you post! I would love to capture birds like that. They are wonderful shots. I especially like the duck. I think they are gorgeous creatures.

I love your new past time Dave, they are very good bird pictures. Did you get a new lens to help your recovery?
