Winter Sets in at the Lake

I have made it a personal project to photograph the lake (my favorite summer place) through the months and seasons this year. So, these are the first wintry shots.

Hi Martha! love the contrast of the ice against the wood..looks like the lake is freezing well..any chance for ice skating?

Thanks! I am loving the DOF background I get with my 35-105 wide open.

Thanks, Jennie. No skating yet, but winter has only just barely begun!
