I am fairly new to Digital Photography, any comments and advice will be Greatly appreciated.

My choice would be the B&W with selective color blue eyes. Great portrait though.

My favorite would definitely be the first pic. I love how the blue eyes really stand out.

Pure b/w for me. I am not a huge fan of the selective colour thing, but I love black and white.
Good photo though, and a lovely model.
