1. Take 3 different exposure. Make sure there's a movement in them, in this case the water. Better use a tripod. 2. Stack the 3 shots in separate layers in Photoshop. 3. If you did not use a tripod (like the shot above), auto-align all layers. 4. Now, select the top layer, go to the blending option, under the 'advance blending', you can see the channels 'R', 'G' and 'B', make sure only 'R' is checked and unchecked 'G' and 'B'. 5.
