Default xmas thru a Nifty 50

I got a Nifty 50 last week, early Christmas present! So of course the first things I've photographed with it...CHRISTMAS DECOS!! Love this lens, but think I will need lots of practice with it.

Nicely done. The 50 is fun because it can make interesting pictures from everyday things with the super shallow DOF. Merry Christmas to you too!

Nice shots. Have you now packed up the lens and put it back under the tree?

I love the creative stuff you can do with a 50mm at f/1.8.

Enjoy your new toy !

These lenses are fun to work with, you did well with yours, the 2nd and 3rd shots are my faves.
