Default Middle Harbor Shoreline and Tilden Parks

Went out to Middle Harbor Shoreline Park (Oakland) and Tilden Regional Park (Berkeley) yesterday.

I love these gantry cranes in the Port of Oakland:

Gantry Cranes 1

Gantry Cranes 2

But I'm also a sucker for light on the bay (seen from the hills above Berkeley):

San Francisco Bay

And for late afternoon sunlight (from Inspiration Point):

Inspiration Point

I'm not really wild about the composition of the last two, but it was the light that intrigued me. Thanks for looking.

I love the "redundance" (for lack of a better word) in the first two photos. Makes me wish I had something industrial to shoot!

I admire all the photos, but I have to say the cranes are top notch. Thanks for posting them.
