Default A Trip Down Memory Lane

Do you remember when, you sat in the Parlour ?

When you ate in the Kitchen ?

Went outside for water ?

Or out in the rain to the toilet ?

I do remember some of those things les, although I'm 62 years old, I never had to go outside for water or the outhouse, but my parents sure did! I really like the photos here. they are well composed and exposed.
Thanks for sharing these
Michael.

Nice set of pictures. Yes, I remember all of those things. As for the outhouse and water pump, my memory of those were not at my home, but rather, at a cottage on the Cedar river in Iowa owned my my grandparents. By the way, I still eat most of my meals in the kitchen (or at least next to it in a nook).
