Default Mountain Stream & Waterfall - finally got a landscape I'm happy with

Hi All,

I haven't really been happy with any of my attempts at landscape photography, but with camera in hand headed out to a regular fishing haunt to see if I'd have any more luck in a rain forest.

The results are the first landscape shots I've really liked, they've actually got me keen to try some more. Anyway, all taken on my 18-55mm kit lens with no filters (other than uv), hope you like them...

The Stream running through the park - always chock full of small trout!
Small Stream in Mount Field National Park

Taken from the viewing platform - nearly every shot you see of these falls is from here, postcards, posters, advertisments everything.
Russel Falls

I climbed up the rocks on the side to get this one, it's definitely my favourite, it really conveys the darkness of the forest.
Russel Falls

Oops, just noticed I misspelt Russell I guess that's what I get editing at 3 in the morning! Lucky I noticed before it went to the printer.

Cheers

These are beautiful! I love third photo, with the angle of the waterfall and the ferns in front of it. So very lush to my desert eyes! Thanks for sharing them.

Sooo -- The waterfalls are going to get blown up, framed up, and hung up, right? They are beautiful!

Thanks Free, these are really beautiful. LOve the greens and the water. Now if I can get there and find their larger cousins... the trout that is. Thanks for sharing these.
