Default A "Berk" Steam Powered Locomotive

A great old engine, all 850,000 pounds of her!

This was shot just outside of her "garage" where they restored her and where she stays when not being used. This was done during one of their "Engineers For an Hour" sessions where for $100.00 you get to sit behind the controls and move her forward a couple hundred feet, then reverse the engine and go back.

Below is the color shot. This was a perfect day for this. Heavy overcast with no sunshine so the sky was one huge softbox.

Awesome image of a classic steam engine train! We have an old steam engine on our waterfront here in Windsor, Ontario but it has been covered for quite some time, for restoration/repair purposes.
