Default Tilt-shift Tonka Town

A yard of actual excavating machines. Shot from atop a boom crane. I tilt-shifted the shot for the "miniature" look.

I like it! Such a great subject for tilt-shift.

You've prompted me to think about good vantage points to take something similar here in Sydney.

On of the better Tilt-shift shots I've seen, Very well done, It really does look like a miniture set.
What Lens did you use for this?
Thanks for sharing this
Michael.

Love that look! I always marvel how they look like miniatures...

Thanks Michael.

Used a Nikon D40 with an 18-55mm lens at 19mm.

Very nice. I love it... Did you used a tilt-shift lens or PP effect?

How wonderful! They really do look like Tonka toys -- what a creative idea and a great photo.

Perfect shot for a tilt-shift, and really well done!
I'm still working on that one myself, both finding a good shot and executing a good tilt-shift. You've inspired me!
