Thanks The balloon was hung up using some string and I had the camera shooting on continuous with a shutter speed of 1/1000 and then someone else popped the balloon.

How absolutely NEAT!!!! I have never seen this before -- the popping of a balloon, yes, but never a water balloon. Great job!
