I played hooky today, and took a trip downtown. The outing yielded some decent results, and a plethora of ideas for the future...

Hello Mike - these are very nice ... great architecture on the church building .. it is showing its age .. very nice overall

Playing hooky is fun :-) Love your photos - great perspective in both of them. Love the angle of the church, and also how the dark bricks line up on the left and guide your eye to the top of the building. Love the symmetry as well as the asymmetry in the 2nd, along with the lovely red brick color against the blue sky.

Hehe, I work in Cambridge (the one across the river from Boston though!).
