Nice shot, stock photos are any ones guess. That's why they are stock. Some body may want to use this for some kind of depiction who knows!

It's a fabulous photo regardless, but is a wonderful candid in its own right. I have zero experience with stock photos etc, but you could contact your local newspapers/magazines etc (especially as this was a local occurrence) - they might be interested in using it in a publication.

I know, isn't that true! I feel that way when I see military service personnel - it scares me to see guys and girls who look (and often are) so very young & have these "front line" vocations. Many are literally half my age.

It is a great photo!
But you may need to have him sign permission for you to use it/sell it to stock photos. You should contact him anyway, because it's rare for public safety people (or anyone actually) to have a nice looking portrait while working (press photos are usually of backsides/unflattering) and he'd probably LOVE to have this.
