Default What kind of bird?

I haven't a clue what kind of bird this is. I live in New England. Never seen this bird before. Anybody? JIM_5331

I'm not sure, but it could be a Black-capped Chikadee. I have this picture I took with my new camera Nikon P90, not sure how to upload this picture, will eventually figure it out.

That is a Tufted Titmouse....they are my favorite in the winter time. They will get alot more fatter as winter drags on there.
I was just saying how I missed those birds in winter.....don't think I have ever seen them in the summer.
