I've always liked day time moon shots. I don't know if it's the contrast of the white on blue skys, or the shadows in the craters, but I always like to see it in the daylight. Good job.

Yes, I like daytime shots of the Moon, too. Additionally, what always amazes me is the reactions that many people have (especially adults) that the Moon is visible in the daytime. So many think it is only visible at night. Alas, they must never look up at the sky!

Nice shot. I too love the moon with blue sky shots. I'm amazed looking at your 2nd photo though - unbelieveable how different things can be in a short space of time.

I really like the combination of moon and trees against that blue sky; the simplicity and colors are wonderful. All it needs is a Japanese haiku to go with it!
