Default All God's Creatures.

Out for a walk today around a small pond near my home. I took some bread to feed the birds and had a lovely time there. A Robin came and ate out of my hand and it was a surprise to see the second of these images out in daylight, especially when I was stood around 6 feet from it. Must have wanted the bread on the floor bad.
Anyway I hope you like these images of my little "Wildlife Walk" today
David.

All God's Creatures.

Both are wonderful. So glad you took the breadcrumbs with you to give your little friends a treat -- the result is a treat for us!

Hi Jim, thanks for the kind comments, hate to tell you but it's not a field mouse. It's a common rat, I wasn't sure how folks might react to it being on here but it is one of God's creatures and it kindly let me take it's photo. As for the Latin? 21 years in the Royal Air Force will do that do you for sure. Love your aviation work a lot.

Hi there, really glad you like these images, I had so much fun just standing still and watching them eat the bread around me. I do love wildlife photography and one day I will get a really nice lens to help me achieve better results. Thanks again.
David.

Like the first shot a lot. The colors of the bird are very sharp. Nice one

Thank you for your kind comments, I loved getting these images today. Even though it was cold and miserable out it meant that not so many people were around and the creatures had the pond and surrounding area to themselves. Will really have to keep my eyes open better in future.

A nice pair pictures and you are right of course, many believe we are all gods creatures, but I do struggle with rats and wasps. I find it hard to like wasps, unlike birds which I do like, so my favourite is your robin, good location and lighting and the colours look great, lovely orange, blues and browns, well captured and presented Dave.

You caught the robin great David. I love the blue separating his breast from his back. It's so clear. I know we are all His creatures, I agree, but I thinks the birds were one of His better designs. They are all beautiful, especially when shot and captured as well as you did here. God bless mate. PAUL.
