Default Random Act of Cute

This year's fawn photographed near my house a couple of days ago. Low flat light using a Canon 50D at ISO1600. That camera isn't very good above ISO800 but I needed a minimum shutter speed of 1/250th to ensure a sharp handheld shot. Nonetheless I was able to make an acceptable 11X14 print.

Thanks for looking.
Ron

Killer shot!!!!!!!

I love the instant that you captured. its like the fawn heard the shutter noise and was paying attention to its surrounding. Well done!

How lovely. The colors, the way he blends into the background, the DOF, those wonderful big eyes -- just absolutely lovely.
