The first and the fourth are my favorites. The colors in the first are gorgeous and compliment the mission. The fourth one has great lines but would be better if it were straightened and not on an angle. The perspective in the second shot is off and the mission needs to be skewed so that it looks like it is standing upright and not slanting back...same for the third photo. the last photo has a great sky but the mission is too far away...maybe crop some of the grass in the foreground out.

This really isn't the critique area and I hope I didn't offend you as you did ask for CC.
Were you shooting with a wide angle zoom? This is most likely the reason for your skewed buildings...
