Default A beautiful trip down 59 in southern Missouri into Arkansas

Last July I went to northern Arkansas South of Joplin Mo - US 71 to 59. I had been there before but this time I had a good camera. I actually parked and walked up the side of the road to get these. I was on the outside of the cable but it still scared the poop out of me when the semi's went by a couple feet away. lol I think it was worth it though, hope you enjoy.

Photobucket

Better slow down though

Photobucket

kind of nerve wracking driving under all that rock.

Photobucket

Then out of no where I saw this little rock dam.

Photobucket

Thank you for looking
Robert

These are really cool shots!! Love the rock overhanging the road. Looks like a nice place to take a trip. Love the dam too. TFS.

Robert, nice shots! I like the perspective on the 1st and the texture and contrast on the dam shot!

Thanks, I like the dam too, but I'm a little sketchy with the exposure. Is it a little flat looking? Should I bump some exposure?

Awesome shots. Glad I don't have to drive that in the dark
