Nice Bill .. it's a braugh bricht moon licht nicht the nicht .. did I butcher that as much as I think?

People on the globe may be very different from one another but the same moon shines on us all. Very nice photo, Bill.

Great shot. I somehow have never managed to get a pic this close or this fantastic of the moon. Mine usually consist of a black sky with a white dot. Still learning!

This gives me inspiration to continue trying!

I don`t know a lot about taking moon shots, trial and error. I am sure there are lots of people who can give you advice. For this one, I set my camera at 200mm and as wide open as it would go, f5.6 in this case, set cloudy wb and used the on camera flash, set it on spot,exposure comp on- 2/3 and took the shot and then really cropped it.
