Happy Thanksgiving to all my American friends!
Just sharing a little ray of sunshine as we get into chillier weather, at least on our side of the island! Here's some face-painting shenanigans that were going on at an event held to celebrate the US Coast Guard's birthday in the summer. Hope you all enjoy your turkey, tofu, or whatever you choose to eat today.

Great effect, the blur draws the eye straight to the main point of interest... cute kid, great face paint!

i like the way the background is blurred so the face is focussed. Did you do that in Photoshop?

Have to agree with dvetter on the vignette. Automatically draws your eyes to that cute face.
