Default Makeshift Studio

I set up a diy studio in my garage with a halogen lamp, silver reflector, and a single light under the subject and got this shot of my fiance with his "engangement ring". He's so funny. Anywho, I was wondering what I could use to take the "yellow" out? I've already put this through photoshop and played with it as well as a lot of other shots. Anyone have a tip on how to change the lighting to get a better result?

I'm not great with this but I would guess that the white balance could be corrected. I think.

Thanks. I'll try that. I messed with the white balance and couldn't catch a good color.

Halogen lamps do give off a yellow light, but depending on the lamp and halogen bulbs it uses, you may be able to buy blue tinted bulbs to counteract the yellow and give you more of a white light.
