You're being generous Ian with your description. Great shot of a not so great building.

A unique opportunity to purchase a secluded property set in its own substantial grounds, with uninterupted views, and within easy commuting distance of of least two major towns, one of which definately has a working petrol station. The garden retains the natural beauty of the surrounding countryside, and although the property is a little tired and would benefit from some TLC, the vendors are certain that the new owners will enjoy many peaceful evenings sharing the few outstanding minor DIY tasks necessary to restore the property to optimum condition

You found the perfect home, and captured it perfectly, when do I move in, nice job Ian

You have me sold, sight unseen.

Great picture. I like that kind of photo opportunity too.

When you mentioned "this was getting old," I presumed you were referring to me, LOL! You know old buildings falling down or not, do make some good subjects, at least I think this one does. Looks nice.

A cracking shot Ian, I love how you composed this. I also love how there is so much in the image, yet the old building so heavily dominates. The rest of the image is also, interestingly, composed of lots of sparse or degenerating things also - the simple fence, the burnt-out looking grass, the leafless trees. Love it. The dash of color is also interesting - the contrast between the reddish roof and the blue sky is great.
