Default First shots with the 50mm 1.8

I got an adapter for the E-510, so I could put an om lens on it. I had an old OM 1 with the 50/1.8

Just playing around with it yesterday, and was fairly pleased. No auto focus...but it worked out ok I think. I think my next investment will be a 28mm.

And this was taken with the kit lens, but I kind of liked how it came out. My husband posing with his ride ;-)

Great shots! Love the doggy portraits. I bet your hubby will be proud of his pic too! They all look great in B&W as well.

Thanks! I'm really very happy with the b&ws the 510 takes. I was messing around with some of the settings (just found them lol) and you can do some pretty cool stuff with them...

It maybe an old lens but its clearly a quality lens Stella and I like the results. All the pictures are good but I especially like the first image, excellent job in b/w

Thanks everyone ;-) Yeah, Beachcomber, they are old lenses, but they're pretty nice! I was very pleased with how easy the adapter went on (and only $16) Looks like a lot of OM lenses on ebay for fairly cheap.

Those are great b/w conversions. I think the first shot is my favorite (No offense to your hubby or his ride!)
