Default Food and Photography. Does it get better?

Hi everybody,

I was fortunate enough to be get a gig photographing a great little hamburger stand. The name of this little jewel is: "The Cozy Inn" It was Cozy too. Most of their business is carry out. In fact, they sell their hockey puck sized burgers by the bag. Standard order is six. They have filled orders of dozens at a time. Prepared with fried onions, mustard, ketchup and pickle. They refer to their restaurant as: "Best Stinkin' Little Restaurant In The USA."

My client was happy with my work, so someday soon, my work will be published!

Bon Appitete!

Small in size... Big on taste!

All ready to feast!

Pure lovelyness!

Baged and ready!

Here is the Cozy Inn's website, if you care to visit:

The Cozy Inn

Hope you all have a great week!

Congratulations, Tom! You've made those hamburgers look so good, that I might have to go in and get my lunch now. Do they deliver to Georgia? Job well done!!

Thanks Mike! Sorry, no delivery. I did read about one of their former employees, while serving in the marines on Guadalcanal during WW2, getting a Cozy burger in the mail!
He said it was all moldy, but reminded him of home! His first Sargent finally made him bury his Cozy burger.

Congratulations! Job well done - glad the client is happy. I really like the third shot, of the hamburgers spilling out the bag.

Thanks Stella! You know, you have all you need at home to practice. Spread a few things out on your kitchen table and start shooting. Try a couple of different light sources and take a few shots after you set your table for Thanksgiving diner. Just remember to have fun and take a few notes.

Thanks Martha! I really liked that shot too. That's where a light box, a flash and some imagination comes in handy. Thanks again.
