Default family portrait

This is my latest family portrait. annoyed by thr hot spot on his leg, will prob clone that out...

I think this is beautiful Pat! I think you may be the only one bothered by the hot spot on his leg. I was draw right into their faces and did not even notice it until I read your comment. I might just be tired but really was not a distraction for me. Beautiful work!

On location portraits are my favorite ones to take. I am not a big fan of a studio set up. The photo is looking good. I also think having them dress is dark colors was a fantastic idea. I was a little distracted by the brighter background at first, but as soon as I looked at the family, the contrast was apparent.

I do see what you mean regarding the hot spot on his leg, but to be honest, it is not a worry for me. It is a great picture. TFS.

Pat this is a beautiful portait. I never even noticed a problem. Just a wonderful family portait. Thank you for showing us your lovely work. You must be so proud of yourself.

Awww thank you guys. When I do portrait sessions outside in the fall I usually ask them to wear darker hued solid colors. I usually mention navy, dark green, brown or gray. And jeans or khakis. And I am glad thatthe hot spot is not bugging you as much as it is me.
