Another set from my last weekend's day trip to Great Falls in Paterson, NJ. Its a beautiful waterfall but needs some work around it. Now that its been named as the National Park, we can hope for some improvements in the future.
Here are the different views of the waterfall. I hope you guys enjoy them. ![]() ![]() ![]() Finally, the statue of Hamilton. ![]() As always, C&C are welcome. Thanks for looking.

Wow Jana, these are really cool. What a nice place to be. I am yet to find any waterfalls around my place. Might have to go out on an excursion one weekend. TFS.

I love the first one, very well done. It is a great place to go take pictures. I think it is claimed to be the second biggest (not sure how they define biggest) falls east of the mississippi. Its tough to find as the signs are really bad in the area and there is no place to park. The surrounding area is not exactly the safest either. I have taken many shots there, and they can be seen on my flickr page. Hope you don't mind but I've include a few below:

Thank you everybody.
Thanks Kirbinster for sharing those beautiful shots. Yes it is considered as the second tallest (in terms of height) in the north east.

Glad to participate. I cannot believe it is tallest as I am sure I have seen taller but much narrower ones by the Deleware River in PA. I think it might have something to do with the total volume of water flowing.
