Default The small things...

Hibiscus is the national flower of Malaysia. These things are not widely publicise. I'm just curious, is there any other country that shares the hibiscus as their national flower? Or does other countries even have a national flower? What's your country's national flower? And if you can share the shots here, it would be great.

Lovely captured, Sparda! We have that flower in our country too, but "Water Lotus" is stand for Vietnam! Thanks for sharing, mate!

I agree that would be very interesting to see how many national flowers we could see in this thread. I believe the United States National flower is the American Rose, (if I remember correctly?) But each state has a flower also. Here in Indiana it is a peony. However I don't have a photo of one and since fall has come, I won't be able to find any live ones right now. But I love the Hibiscus you have here. Very interesting PP. We have them here in the summer and I think they are beautiful. Thanks for sharing.

Wow with a capital W this is a beautiful shot and suits the selective colour, we to have the Hibiscus flower in NZ also and is a very colourful plant or tree cheers Steve and TFS.

I do not know which is South Africa's national flower,but there are plenty of Hibuscas plants to see in South Africa.Outstanding picture captured by you my friend.

Great Capture Sparda, The Hybiscus is also Hawaii's state flower. I like the selective coloring on your's .
