Hi everyone,
I would like to share with you these 20 images with which I have been awarded Licentiate from the Malta Institute of Professional Photography a couple of weeks ago. Although I am not a professional photographer, but a cinematographer, I am really taking photography seriously and am also trying to somehow combine both practices into one..!! This was a panel with an open theme... Hope you enjoy and obviously any comments are welcome... Here are the first 3: ![]() ![]() ![]() The others are here: Licentiate panel - a set on Flickr With thx & regards Jp

Hi jpgatt. Don't quite know what being awarded a licentiate means, but I just viewed all 20 of your pictures and you have a remarkable talent. They are without exception quite outstanding works of art. I enjoyed viewing them immensely. Thank you. God bless. PAUL

Hi JP
It is nice to be awarded honours by one's peers and I can remember my first licenciate. I have looked at your full panel and you certainly deserve yours. Some, truly, outstanding photographs and beautifully presented. I assume they are in the order shown for you panel? Outstanding and congratulations

Thanks for all your positive comments.... that is what keep us trying to be better don't you think??
@Preacherman - Being awarded a Licentiate only means that you are recognized for having a sound understanding of basic photography etc, etc..then there is Associate & Fellowship level which are obviously tougher... Find it all here: www.mipp-malta.com @Glayva - In fact glad you pointed it out... The panel was presented with the first 9 images on top of the other 11. It does make sense as a panel...with the verticals complimenting each others and characters looking inwards to the centre etc etc... thx once again..
