Default Himalayan Lake @ 12400 Feet

This shot was take in Sikkim, India at an altitude of 12400 Ft...
It was Cold, with low oxygen that's why the horizon is a little tilted :P

you don't think of it being cold when you think of India......I know that water has to be frigid...polar bear plunge anyone?

Beautiful. I have my spot picked out there on the left hand side of the picture. I think I'd like to just sit and contemplate the world for a few weeks right there.

LOL, I am no stranger to shooting at altitude... It can be very tough, and I find the best practice is to be very well prepared in advance.. Nice shot, and the horizon isn't hard to fix..
