They all are Brian. The freedom; the solitude; the closeness to nature (the corollary to which is God also). All of these things make my trips special. Thanks for your kind words. PAUL

Cheers Duane. I have picked out what I think are the best of hundreds. But comments like yours help to know what makes a good shot and do it by design next time rather than by accident. God bless mate. PAUL

Hello Jack. I will go to Rome in March, but no further. Russell (my son) and I have a trip planned for April/May to Portugal and then who knows where the wind will blow me. PAUL

This is an excellent, cheer you up picture, just what the doctor ordered on a dank and windy day in NW UK.
The view is stunning Paul, perhaps only bettered by the beautifully clean looking water of what I think is the Mediterranean.
These trips must be an extremely theraputic experience and opportunity for reflection, good post mate

I think you captured the feeling of this area nicely. High persepctive, sweeping hillside, lovely water below. I would love to be in your shoes traveling around like that. Don't know about the bike and tent situation though. Good for you my friend.

Thanks Steve. Yes, I would say 80% of my time spent is on two wheels. I go mainly to ride, but your choice of words here just about sums the whole experience up perfectly.

Thanks Fred. Although looking at those 5K posts of yours, your back door takes some beating. God bless. PAUL

Thanks Paul. I must admit, the tent thing gets harder with each passing year, but I really don't like to admit it. PAUL
