Default Gotta stop when I see these!!

I was able to head to work a little early this am and so I took the longer route down by the river and stopped by a waterfall to see if there was any water. It was trickling....but out of the corner of my eye I saw a web glistening and so out of the car I go.....got addicted...started combing through the area looking in nooks and crannies for these. Still got to work in time......... with a little bounce to my step!

I included this because if you view large on flickr, you will see the sun's rays coming off the bottom of the water droplets like a sunstar....cool!!

Those are fantastic! I'm not a big fan of spiderwebs but the droplets make them art! Nice work!

Wow Patrick you have captured these beauties superbly, the colours in the waterdrops glistening off the webs are beautiful. As hubby commented they remind me of xmas, tiny lights hanging from leaves.

And now I have a bounce in my step...only it's bedtime. Hope I can get some sleep! Patrick, I love your childlike sense of wonder. NEVER loose that. Each dew drop is a perfect jewel. Do you know this song? The diamond-like quality of your set brings it to mind.

Wow awesome shots.
If it had been me I would have been late to work. Great job on getting the shots and to work on time.

These are just spectacular....especially nice because we didn't have to see the spiders that made them!
