Nice work Susan .. I ike the subtle color tones of the BG in the first and it's really well lit, nice and soft and even. Nice to see you experimenting with different looks in the second, I like it cause it's different ( I'm in a learn photoshop or die mode lately )

tell Joey I said Hi, and get in the backyard and rake those leaves !!

He is beautiful, and beautifully photographed. I love that expression, such soulful eyes. (And I do mean soul full.) The second one conveys a sense of drama, but the first is just so very real and present.

Definately a handsome young man. He will have all the girls chasing him in no time no doubt! My son is 14 & 1/2 and he too suffers from that terrible "put-the-camera-away-itis" or the classic "dont-photograph-me" syndrome. Guess you are like me and treasure the moments we get to snap away. Great pics. Thanks for sharing.

that is a good looking young man you have captured here! I like the treatment in the second shot but his eyes really make the first one!

Thank you so much, Angella. Luckily he's not too interested in girls yet....

Thank you Shellie! LOL...I cherish the times that he allows me to photograph him! My 4 year old daughter on the other hand is a camera ham!
